Enterprise AI Leadership

Engineering
the AI‑native
enterprise.

Two decades architecting AI-driven transformations at the world's most demanding enterprises — from Genpact and Gartner to Accenture, PwC, Deloitte and Salesforce. Strategy that travels from the boardroom to production.

The Practice

A craft built at the intersection of strategy, AI, and execution.

“The next decade won't be won by enterprises with the most AI — it will be won by those who put AI into the operating model and never let it leave.” — Vasant J. Chandra

I work with boards, CEOs, CIOs and private-equity sponsors navigating the transition from a services-led enterprise into an AI-native one. The mandate is rarely a single deliverable. It's the patient, commercially-disciplined work of turning advanced AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes — revenue, margin, customer experience, agility.

I tend to show up in the moments where transformations actually live or die: the C-suite narrative that secures the budget, the technical architecture that survives audit, the operating model that puts intelligent agents next to human teams, the commercial motion that converts the platform into a P&L.

Two decades inside Genpact, Gartner, Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, Salesforce and Cisco — on both sides of the table — gave me the through-line I work from: strategy that is technical, technology that is commercial, and execution that is unforgiving.

Capabilities

Four disciplines.
One operating system.

The work I do draws from a tightly-coupled set of disciplines — never offered as point services, always orchestrated to a measurable enterprise outcome.

01 — AI & GenAI Transformation

From proof-of-concept to production scale.

Architect, deploy and operate Gen AI, agentic frameworks, NLP and ML systems against real enterprise constraints — not lab demos. From pattern selection to model governance, with the production telemetry to prove it.

  • LLM & agentic architecture, evaluation, guardrails
  • AI operating models and centers of excellence
  • MLOps, model lifecycle, responsible AI controls
  • Build vs. buy & platform partner selection
02 — BPaaS & Services Modernization

Pivoting services businesses into platform companies.

The hardest transformation in enterprise today is taking a labor-arbitrage services business and turning it into a software-leveraged, AI-augmented platform. The mechanics are specific. The pitfalls are well-mapped.

  • BPO → BPaaS → platform pivot roadmap
  • Solution productization and reference architectures
  • Commercial repricing: T&M → outcome → consumption
  • Workforce design across US, India and the Philippines
03 — Commercial & Go-to-Market

Where the strategy meets the customer's CFO.

Technology investment without commercial momentum is theatre. I partner with Sales, Marketing and Product to translate capability into pipeline, conversion and CLTV — against named target accounts.

  • C-suite, board and PE narrative development
  • Account-based GTM for AI-enabled services
  • RFP strategy and complex pursuit leadership
  • Pricing, packaging and partner ecosystem strategy
04 — Executive Advisory & Board

Counsel for the seat where it matters.

Discreet advisory I provide to CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and the boards that govern them — including private-equity sponsors pre-acquisition, during the value-creation plan, and through the exit narrative.

  • Board-level technology readouts and risk framing
  • PE value-creation plan input & due diligence
  • M&A integration of AI and data assets
  • Interim and fractional senior technology leadership
Industries

Sectors where judgment compounds.

I keep a deliberately narrow industry footprint — the sectors where two decades of pattern recognition lets me get to non-obvious answers and faster decisions.

Health & Life Sciences

Payers, providers, pharma, BPO/BPaaS. Claims, RCM, member & provider engagement, clinical research, patient services.

Retail & Consumer Goods

QSR, CPG manufacturing, ecommerce. Customer 360, CLTV activation, supply-chain control towers, digital twins.

Tech, Media & Telecom

Cloud pivots, R&D infrastructure portfolio, financial product integration, sales enablement, value-insight platforms.

Travel & Hospitality

Franchise & owner onboarding, payroll architecture, end-to-end guest journey modernization, loyalty intelligence.

Featured Engagement

Outcomes the board remembers.

One engagement I'll talk about in detail — and a full searchable catalog below. Every engagement I lead is C-suite sponsored, multi-quarter, and measured in hard dollars. References available under NDA.

Featured · Fortune 20 Pharmacy Retailer

A 3-year revenue-cycle reinvention, briefed to CFO and Board.

A national pharmacy retailer's accounts-receivable operation was bleeding $129M annually through manual cash application, fragmented claim prioritization and avoidable audit write-offs. I partnered directly with the CFO and Chief Accounting Officer to reimagine the Intelligent Revenue Cycle Management factory.

The proposal: a control tower for policy & compliance, a unified data hub for real-time analytics, and connected workflows with agentic AI/ML — bots, copilots, anomaly detection — all sequenced into a four-year phased value plan.

Design Principles

Twelve tenets for the enterprise becoming AI-native.

The principles I've distilled from a decade of advising, selling and delivering AI transformations. How to architect the operating model, how to price the offer, how to staff the team, how to govern the model — and the failure patterns I refuse from day one.

Let’s start with a conversation, not a contract.

The best engagements I’ve had started without a deck or a deliverable — just thirty minutes to talk about where your enterprise is, where it should be, and whether I’m the right partner for the work ahead.
